All Natural Cycles prescriptions should be sent to our pharmacy partner, Alto Pharmacy. The script can be sent electronically through an EHR/EMR system or via fax (1-415-484-7058).
Yes, you can either get a prescription through our telehealth partner through the intake form linked above, or your OB-GYN/doctor can write you a prescription and send it to Alto Pharmacy electronically to any of their locations.
We recommend beginning the prescription coverage steps two months before purchasing a Natural Cycles subscription or prior to your renewal to allow time for your insurance to process the claim.
At this time, government health plans (Medicaid, Medicare, Medi-Cal, Tricare, and VA health plans) do not cover Natural Cycles. Alternatively, Natural Cycles subscriptions are FSA eligible. Please check out this page on our Cyclerpedia for more information.
