To pair your Natural Cycles app with the Oura Ring, you’ll need a Natural Cycles subscription and an Oura Membership. 

An active Oura Membership ensures that Oura can process specific and necessary data from your Oura Ring. Without an Oura Membership, your temperature trends won’t be able to sync with the Natural Cycles app to identify your daily fertility status.
